Well, nothing much going on in my life, really.
The date that was supposed to happen yesterday was cancelled, well, or postponed, really, because the guy happens to be an actor (cool, isn’t it) and he unexpectedly had to have rehearsals until late night… I didn’t mind, so we are going for drinks and dinner on Tuesday. Works fine for me as I’ll be off Wednesday and Thursday :)
I had a day off yesterday so I enjoyed my morning (yeah, until 4pm) doing absolutely nothing. Watching Bold and the Beautiful and eating kilos of ice cream and wafers :D LOL, not good for my shape. Well, I do not have any big issues with that… At least I think so! :D
In the afternoon I went downtown to listen to a concert at the Southbank center, it wasn’t very good I have to say… Well, it was OK, but a bit too.. mmm.. I don’t know how to say it, I don’t have any musical education… anyway, it was a quartet and all instruments played their own parts.. there was no harmony.. well, not for me anyway! So we just left in the middle of the concert.. which quite a lot of other people did as well. So I just walked on the south bank with my friend, the weather was awesome and we were discussing interesting stuff.. nice evening all in all.
So today.. whee-whee, I am working until 10pm, lucky me.. Saturday! :D.. and tomorrow, Sunday, as well. I need to find another job … but with this economy… aaam, I don’t think so! Well, I should do some kind of work and holiday in the US, I’d love it very much.
…
I have never been a big fan of Brad Pitt, but I like him more now.. quoting him from the interview with Parade magazine:
“Would it bother me if a child of mine turns out to be gay? No, not one bit. I want my kids to live the lives they want to live. I want them to be fulfilled. I hope I teach my kids to be who they really are.”

Brad Pitt - I am definitely not obsessed about this guy. I don't find him that attractive either. But he is our friend :D
Aww, more celebrities should do statements like that. Yes, thank you.
There is also and interesting article about young gays and HIV revealing some shocking statistics (again!):
With infection rates among gay men climbing 110 per cent between 1999-2007 (1,450 cases to 3,050), there is an argument for more hard-hitting campaigns.
“If you know [your status],” he said, then help is available. “If you don’t know and are too scared to take the test. . .then one day you’ll get very ill, and suddenly find yourself in hospital with pneumonia and have no immune system left and then it may be too late for the pills. Then you could die. People do still die from this”.
The entire article is available HERE. Well, I have to say that it took me two years to finally decide to do an HIV test. I was too scared, too.. and before I did that, I still had unprotected sex with strangers. Not often as I don’t like that stuff, a few times… as, well, I like relationships (oooh, so retro, I know). Anyway, when I finally did the test (negative, wehee), I started to care more.. as I was verry scared. I haven’t had unprotected sex since.. :) Well, OK, with my ex boyfriend I had, but we did the test on the same day.. so.. it was OK :)
Well, I think that’s it for now… laters! :)

Another gorgeous!
